It is not a substitute for professional addiction treatment, therapy, or counseling. Personal use

This app is provided for personal support and self-help purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

No warranty

RecoverPath is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the effectiveness of any tools, exercises, or features within the app.

User responsibility

You assume full responsibility for how you use this app and the decisions you make regarding your recovery. Recovery outcomes vary by individual.

Educational content

All content, exercises, coping strategies, and resources within the app are educational in nature and are not prescriptive. They are drawn from generally recognized recovery principles but are not personalized medical advice.

Subscriptions

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed to your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store settings at any time.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without prior notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
